岗位职责:
1、带头遵守酒店的规章制度,并负责指挥安排一切事务工作
To be compliance with rules and regulations of hotel, responsibility for arrange all work assignment
2、领班早上检查夜班的工作,所有的墙面、地面、饮料机以及所有的不锈钢面子是否擦净,以及上下餐厅的桌椅是否排放整齐
Demi chef check night shift work, all misc- en place, floor, beverage machine and all stainless steel counter are clean
3、配合厨师长和主管的工作,善于了解员工的合作关系。处理好员工之间的关系
Demi chef have to execute the decision from Sous chef and Chef de Partie, and lead in complying with the relevant rules and regulations of hotel, restaurant and kitchen.
4、针对问题及时纠正,不断增加理论知识,不断提高每位厨师的烹饪技术。使每位就餐员工品尝到美味可口的菜肴
Associate must have trained with good skills, improve self-quality, strengthen own management, regular ****uate associate required knowledge
岗位要求:
1、对厨房运作有基本了解
Mid-level understanding of kitchen operation
2、至少两年相关工作经验
At least 2 year related working experience
